It seems ordering something through Massdrop is an exercise in patience more than anything else. I am surprised this one is taking so long. Massdrop has drops on these exact Monoprice monitors all the time so they should have the ordering process figured out by now. These are shipped directly from Monoprice too, rather than going through Massdrop's re-shipment process if I understand correctly. I've ordered from Monoprice directly many times and it takes 2-3 days max for shipments to arrive. So it seems Massdrop is just in the business of taking their sweet sweet time with ordering and getting these things going.
Why do you do this to us Massdrop? Speed in shipment is such a huge part of customer satisfaction yet you don't seem to really care. :(

DsykoWe absolutely care, and we do our best to make things run as quickly as possible. It might seem "trivial" to just send Monoprice a list of addresses and they ship them out, but there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Money needs to be collected, cleared, bank wires need to be sent, and then Monoprice needs to prepare there 50 monitors to be shipped, outside of their usual 'automated' primary e-commerce web system.
We're working to make things more efficient and Hassan and Nelson do a lot to keep vendors moving along, but there's definitely room for improvement and we appreciate your feedback.
