Okay im confused, some people are saying it only supports 1920x1080, is there any truth to that?

AnimeisLoveAnimeisLifeIts only that if you're using a passive mini displayport to DL dvi adaptor (to connect a Mac to the monitor). For using a. Mac at the native res you need a $100+ adaptor.
Otherwise, it should work nicely with most other dl-dvi inputs.
