Monoprice monitors bought through Massdrop have a 0 pixel defect guarantee as stated in the product copy. This is a special policy that only applies to our drops. If you contact monoprice support and they say something to the contrary, let us know and we will escalate the issue to their head of customer support. This is a special policy and not all of their customer service reps know about it.

MarkThanks for the clarification Mark. In my case I didn't need you to handle it, but I am glad you are standing behind the 0 pixel guarantee. You might check in with kemurphy from the last page if you haven't already. He said he hadn't heard back from requests to support@massdrop.com.
