Hey Everybody! Glad to hear people are getting their monitors, sucks to hear that some of them have a dead pixel or two. Monoprice will stand by their zero-dead pixel guarantee and handle all of the product exchanges. I understand you need to contact Monoprice's support, but that they're asking you for an order ID. We're waiting to hear about the best procedure for dealing with this. Will get back to you, hopefully later today, or Friday (4th of July today..)
