You do honor returns for items that are damaged though according to your terms which I'm pretty sure by any reading a cracked screen qualifies. "For items that are damaged or broken upon delivery, the purchaser should inform Massdrop within 24 hours of receiving the product. The user has seven days from initial delivery to ship the product back to Massdrop and will receive a refund soon after." I'd like to use whichever remedy is the least hassle for me. I'm not sure if I want to roll the dice with Monoprice again especially since I'm still not sure about issues such as who will cover shipping costs, etc...
donnycOur more restrictive policy of 7 days won't apply in this situation. Shipping costs for RMA's will be covered by Monoprice/Us.
