Hello Everyone! Quick update, we're working with Monoprice to sort everything out but right now all your RMA labels are being sent to our email addresses. They also have our names and our addresses on all of them. Don't worry though, we're in contact with the head of customer service at Monoprice and you'll all have correct RMA instructions as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated and this is a top priority.
