Hey Luan,<br /><br />I'm in the process of responding to all of the Monoprice support emails right now, you should receive yours shortly.<br /><br />Long story short, Monoprice has been emailing all of the return labels to us for some reason. We're working on getting them all readdressed to the individual buyers so that you guys will get emailed a label that you can use to ship the broken monitor back to Monoprice so that they can send you a new one.
