Quick heads up about this buy. Out of the 208 that we sold, there were about 25 that ended up in a "not so great" state. Some dead pixels, and some with physical shipping damage. Overall, not awful, but not the greatest.<br /><br />Here's my notes from they buy:<br />1) Shipping speed was insanely fast. Monoprice sent most of these out within a day of the buy ending, and the others were sent within 3 business days. That's just about as quick as it gets. Some people actually got their monitors before Monoprice even sent us their tracking numbers!<br />2) Support - Monoprice's support wasn't ready to handle the requests and ultimately the massdrop/monoprice systems didn't integrate will to pass relevant information to RMA orders efficiently. We've rectified this.<br />3) Clarity - It's not clear who/which return/refund policies are in place given that it's a Massdrop groupbuy for Monoprice monitors. With most manufacturers, we handle everything. For these monitors, Monoprice wanted to deal with it. We'll work on making that clearer in the future, especially with groupbuys where the quality is very "finicky" like monitors.<br /><br />Overall, thanks for all of the positive, supportive, and critical comments that you've left for us. We're striving to grow Massdrop and you guys are contributing to make this community bigger and better!
