Massdrop description guarantees 0 dead pixels, but Monoprice's site has a policy of 5 dead pixels before replacement. Which is correct?

"Monoprice monitors bought through Massdrop have a 0 pixel defect guarantee as stated in the product copy. This is a special policy that only applies to our drops. If you contact monoprice support and they say something to the contrary, let us know and we will escalate the issue to their head of customer support. This is a special policy and not all of their customer service reps know about it."
