They are actually sending me a replacement. Just based on the backlight bleed instead of pixel issues. So I don't have a problem right now. I was just giving information about the fact that some customer reps still have bad information about the pixel guarantee. If you still want me to send my order details I can do that, but they did not deny me a replacement.
