OK I need help, ups is about to send the monitor back because they have made two delivery attempts already and I have one more chance left, how does this dam COD system work do i make a cheque out to ups or massdrop ? I'm in a apartment ups just comes by asks for money and leaves useless if no one actually contacts me anyway I'll leave a cheque with my concierge I just need to know who to make it out too as they Wont accept cash for some stupid reason.
