Am I supposed to find a way to contact Monoprice to get this done? There's nothing in the supplied manual with warranty contact info. I've just sent an email to the MD guy that posted somewhere below so maybe he can help.

I also just noticed that the upper left corner of the metal bezel is a bit warped away from the glass. It looks merely cosmetic and I could live with that if the monitor would display something beyond the "no input signal" screen. Pressing the menu button in the back doesn't display anything either.
CharveLOK, I bet I know what your problem is. djcamp explained it, but there's an extra step I first missed that he didn't mention.

I just got my monitor in the mail and had the same issue. Here's how I fixed it.

Step 1) Hook everything up
Step 2) Turn on monitor and PC
Step 3) Press the "Source" button on the back of the monitor
Step 4) Press the "down" button on the back of the monitor
Step 5) Press the "Source" button on the back of the monitor

We are all used to fancy monitor menus where we can just spam the source button by itself to scroll through the source options. You have to bring up the source menu, then use a different button to actually change the source.

Hope this helps!
