Arcolog2via UPS, USPS or FEDEX? was a signature required? I'm hoping UPS so it isn't sitting in front of my house too long while i'm at work.

TempyIt came UPS, no signature required. I waited to open it and just found that the screen was damaged in shipping, corner completely smashed in. Did Monoprice live Chat, got the RMA started, they were able to look up my shipping address for the order number.

Monoprice did mention that the zero pixel warranty is still not confirmed and they believe it was mismarketed based on their OTHER screen having the zero pixel guarantee. Still figuring that out I guess.

Arcolog2@Arcolog2 I had the same issue, shipping to IA. Upper right hand corner completely smashed in. Not a huge deal, I guess, other than having a glass-filled palm now.

jepunt@jepunt Same exact place mine was smashed! I noticed the outer box was damaged, said uh oh! Opened it up real quick, saw that the inner box didn't seem damaged so I left it as is to go run errands. Came home opened it up and was wondering what was all over the screen when I was taking to bag off. Glass. Well crap.

Great thing about monoprice.com is within the first 30 days of purchase they immediately ship a new one out, they don't require the return to arrive first. That made me happy.

Arcolog2That's a deal killer here if they don't have that "0 dead, stuck, or defective pixels". I would have decided to go with different store. I managed to find some dead pixels and back light bleeding.

h170With IPS you'll have some back light bleed. From my experience, support at monoprice is focused at pleasing their customers, so if you aren't satisfied with your monitor, they will probably replace it for you.
