ok finally got my RMA, no reply from Massdrop so I just kept trying different CSR at monoprice untill i got one that could help me.<br /><br />As i am in Canada do you think ill get charged any fees for having the replacement shipped to me?<br /><br />Also i asked about holding onto it until i received the new monitor but they said send it as soon as possible... hmm can i just presume soon as possible is when i receive the monitor?
