Great RMA process. Emailed Massdrop to receive the order #. Went to Monoprice live chat and wrote down my problem and provided the order #. They sent out a replacement and emailed me a return UPS slip. Replacement arrived and I will just slap on the UPS slip on the old package and send it out. (NO COST to me) Thanks!
