weapon178The Black Friday deal is on the Cheaper Model - MEP 839 ( product # 8323) This Drop, the " 605050 " ( the product number and model number appear to be the Same) Note: the 605050 has 53mm drivers, 45 ohm and a sensitivity of 98 db ( Better Bass ? ) versus the # 8323 's 50 mm driver, 40 ohm impedance and 100db sensitivity My Educated Guess is the Bass is Better on " This Drop ". As in ANY Audio 'Question of Balance '; It's NOT unusual to give - up some Loudness, for More Real Bass. The Higher Impedance, is the Other Good Clue. Assuming these are as Decent as some say; Still a fair deal @ $39.99 ( plus $6.72 shipping) Though the Sale Price on Monoprice's site is currently - $42. 71 ( plus $7.73 Priority Mail to the Northeast U.S.) Regardless, Do check their description on Monoprice. www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=115&cp

I've seen Monoprice DJ cans highly highly reviewed in the past. I daresay it would be a decent product for the price. From what I know, they're a budget name that put out quality products. Ironically sensible drop perhaps? Would like to see ONE review before buying though.

I know the Monoprice 8323 is supposed to be a great bang for buck budget headphone but I can't find anything on these 605050's

Moneatthe tech specs don't match up at all. they could be a rebrand of a tascam set, who knows, but it's not that model.

MoneatIf that's the case, then these have the potential to be a VERY Good offering at this price point. Sounds as if the specs don't exactly match up, so I'm curious to see if they possibly improved on it just a little.
