Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Montane Mens Featherlite Pant and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 3/22.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 3/14.

I've enjoyed the featherweight shirt for a few years. Good stuff. Love the two-way zip.
I'd join this if the inseam was a little longer and it came in light or medium gray.
It's a pity I recently bought some Montane Atomic pants, otherwise I would be all over these! If you guys can, please feature more Montane producs on Massdrop. Thanks!!
Hmmm. Well there's no more XL left, I guess all the L people sized up. I'm borderline M/L mostly for inseam length and leg girth...
What would you suggest Danny?
HikingDawgThere are two reasons for the sizing recommendation for these pants @HikingDawg:
1) because wind/rain pants are generally worn over another layer (tights, shorts or pants)
2) Montane clothing in general is fairly trim compared to the standard US company (perhaps because they're based in the UK, and likely are more focused on light and fast activities)
I own these already and highly recommend them. The fabric is really strong for the weight. They've held up well to some hardcore scrambling, post-holing and glissading (not their intended use) with minimal patching required. I brought a pair with me on one trip where I was expecting summer conditions and planning to wear shorts primarily. Turns out my route included several miles of thigh-deep snow. I was so glad I had them and a pair of thermals for the ensuing snow camping. I'm about 32 inches in the waist and 30 in the inseam, medium fits me well.
