Montblanc 1858 Automatic Watch

Hope this watch comes back up at an affordable price.

Not necessarily... However for me this one doesn't provide enough value for the pricing. I've bought here a Montblanc Chronograph ⌚ (twinfly, way more expensive than this one) and several old Starwalker 🖊️ all of those with a "good" pricing actually (obviously expensive, but I get some value in return) But this one... A Sellita SW200 for $1,450.00 + taxes... No way 👎🏾👎🏾 And the MSRP is indeed correct, if you go to a Montblanc boutique you'll pay MSRP 😨 It's pretty clear for me why is this ⌚ dropping: not enough value, not even @ this price point we're being offered. We've got Glycine with this very same movement for less than $400.00 and even some of those with bronze case as well. Much better value indeed. Maybe, because of the brand, but likely regretting, @ $900.00ish 😪 And I know Montblanc can do much much better 😊... They own Minerva, they can create in house movements, they've even created Tourbillons, Perpetual 📆 and many interesting in house complications. For a much higher price, obviously. And I'm willing to pay a higher price for a ⌚ that provides me with value. Sadly it isn't happening here.
