Drop is disappointing

I ordered these glasses and they sent me a wrong one. Not a different color, different glasses different model number. It's so disappointing to be a DROP customer now especially because Massdrop used to be so good. These guys are failing at the most basic things. Put the right item in the box. That's all they had to do and they failed at even that. I sent it to a different country, and I don't even know what to do now. I don't want the refund back, I want these glasses that I paid for.
