A Celebration of Life
Based in the Italian town of Bassano del Grappa since 1912, Montegrappa makes beautiful pens that inspire the writer to write. This one is a reminder to slow down and truly appreciate life amidst our busy schedules. Made of teak wood that’s been treated with a special oil for a smooth feel, it’s all about chai: the Hebrew word for “life.” Chai encompasses all the values and beliefs of Judaism, and represents a celebration of life and all living things. The pen’s barrel is engraved with the word “chai,” as well as an olive branch, while the palladium-plated grip section is encircled with Stars of David. A stainless steel nib completes the package.
