this pen may be called Impressa but I'm not impressed. first the bottle of ink leaked in transit, second the paint on the pen has several defects, third the writing impressions I have so far tell me this may end up being relegated to a drawer and never used.

It seems that we may have some leaky ink issues to address, but I also want to make sure that you get help with a pen return or exchange if you need it - I want to make sure you're happy.
Please let me know if you need further help to get in touch so we can resolve this, and I'm sorry that you didn't have a perfect pen right out of the box. I hope we can make this right for you.

JonasHeinemanNo worries, I will be keeping the pen it is not perfect but it wasn't soo expensive that I'm interested in getting a return and as for the ink issue the majority of the ink did not get wasted. I mostly wanted to inform you guys over at Massdrop of the issues.
