We've just been informed by our vendor of the new shipping schedule for parts of our order. The Reecho, Shimverb, and Power Supply will become available to them early next week and will arrive at our warehouse towards the end. This schedule has been relayed to our warehouse team, and they will be standing by to ensure that your individual orders are turned around as quickly as possible.
In terms of the Reverie products, we still do not have a timetable for these. If you ordered one of the Reverie models, someone from our Community Support team will be reaching out to you shortly with some options.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for your order and want to have it cancelled, please reach out via the "Contact Support" button in your transactions page.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/2 or sooner if something comes up.
