Has anyone encountered an issue where computer randomly wakes up from sleep? My pc wakes up spontaneously from sleep wihtout any key input( i would have to click on a key to wake my pc with other keyboards(which is what i want), however, not for this one, it just wakes my pc up randomly after i put my pc to sleep, and i'm pretty sure i have everything except the keyboard disabled the power management option in device manager)

Lee_twThere is a bug with with the USB hub, they told me they would be sending me a new one. My keyboard would not work unless plugged in an out after rebooting my PC.

JoshuaGadBernsteinBy new one you mean just the USB hub( and you replace yourself) or the entire keyboard? If the latter, did they ask you to send back the keyboard?

Lee_twThey sent me a USB hub. I went in and replaced it myself. However my issue was not fixed by that and I have yet to try the firmware update, because I discovered a workaround on my motherboard side.

JoshuaGadBernsteinWould you care to share your workaround on your motherboard side? Because I'm having the same issue for a while, and since you mentioned that replacing the hub didn't help, I don't think I'm even gonna bother trying to contact them
