lobsangTo be honest most of the Mora knives are pretty good for day to day kitchen use. It's one of the nice things about the simple design and rubber handles that makes them easy to keep clean and use for simple tasks. To be honest this is one is pretty tempting to be a lives in a kitchen drawer knife.
