I dont recommend this product and the company at all. They had an horrible communication with backers after they announced out of the blue that the expected shippings were delayed due to covid and they asked for 16 dollars more of shipping if wanted to ship faster. Two months since i sent emails to make a refunds, still no answer.

alexquesoWell asking for more money for a different shipping method than stated is reasonable. Since disruption by covid due to certain country's restriction is not their fault. If you were in their shoes, you would feel unfair that you had to shoulder the cost for something that is out of your control and not your fault besides, you could just wait.

WGkeonNo, is NOT REASONABLE, since they knew 6 months before shipping that the shipping they have chosen was not going to work, and they didnt said anything to the backers until the moment of truth. Thats What i call to lie and not being transparent.
At the end, after 3 WHOLE months of sending emails, I was able to get a refund, not before sending messages on all their pages and email contacts.
Still to this day, not all orders have been shipped. What a disappointing company and product.

alexquesoYou are out of touch with the world. Shipping destinations availability has been uncertain ever since covid started. If you truly believe that they would know 6 months down the line what is the situation then you are a fool. And also, if you want to blame anyone, blame your country. I got my tray box on time without delay like 98% of the shipment made by them. You are the exception. Blame your own country for this blunder.

WGkeonI didnt read more than your first sentence, since you look like you go with the intention on putting the blame on people and costumers.
I wont even bother with people like you, if you want proof on how they lied and mismanaged communication with the backers, go to the kickstarter page and youll see plenty of examples, including selling and making black friday marketing with some backers still without the item they backed.
