From the pictures, it looks like the 26L has a hipbelt with two zippered pockets - one on each hip. Is this correct? As I can tell from the MH website, only the 36L has this feature and the 26L does not. Are you able to clarify.

ramseyyuI think you're right, it looks to me like picture #4 is a picture of the 36L pack that snuck in there somehow. If you compare pictures of the two, it looks like the 36L also has a larger zippered opening on the top, and an additional small strap across the lower-middle of the pack on the sides. Both of these things (along with the zippered hip belts) are visible in picture #4.
EDIT: come to think of it, pictures #2 and #7 may also be of the 36L, since it shows the wider opening.
