Light & Packable Rain Shell
A hardshell with considerable stretch, the Mountain Hardwear ThunderShadow jacket combines the protection of a rain jacket with the performance of a technical layer. It’s made with VaporDry 40d stretch nylon: a lightweight, breathable fabric that’ll keep you dry without restricting movement. The covered zippers lock out wind and water, while the large underarm panels help push out excess moisture. The fully adjustable hood is compatible with most helmets and features an integrated brim for rigidity during strong downpours. To round things out, the jacket has Velcro cuffs, two zippered hand-warmer pockets, and two zippered chest pockets—one of which doubles as a stuff sack.
