Good balance and support, clasps don't stay closed

It's a great pack in a lot of ways, but the adjustment clasps don't stay closed, so over the course of any given hike one or more of them will pop open and the pack will loosen.

The medium fits our ~50lbs dog great. She loves it as it gives her a sense of purpose on our hikes. We have to be careful to keep it balanced between to 2 bags, but it's been great. In particular, the handle has been EXTREMELY helpful on challenging scrambles. Our pup knows to get as high as she can and awaits being grabbed by the handle and yanked on up to the next level. Highly recommend.
