With a comprehensive component list and easy-to-follow instructions, the Mr. Beer home brew wine kit lets you to make up to a gallon of wine at a time. Available in cabernet sauvignon or pinot grigio, the kit comes with a large BPA-free and UV-resistant fermenter, an airlock, a spigot, five wine corks, wine concentrate, and a handful of flavor and alcohol additives. Both wines take about 2 months to brew, but can be fermented for longer to create a more complex profile. The cabernet sauvignon has a deep, rich flavor that’s slightly sweet, while the pinot grigio is crisp and just a tad tart.
