Anyone else get just the mounting bracket and not the monitor. I ordered two of these and received the two mounting brackets today and no monitors. Now my transaction has been moved from active to delivered.

I see that your order was broken into two different shipments from two different vendors.  The monitors have not shipped out yet but after reviewing the product page, I see that their was a update on Oct 1 2018... MSI had a delayed shipment to our warehouse. All units have landed in our warehouse as of now. They should all ship out over the next few days. "

plumbbobthanks for the update however I'm going on 2 days with no response from support and my order is showing delivered when it has not been fully completed. @B.Hutch I saw you posted a few things below and sorry to bother you but is there anyway you can look into this to at least to ease my mind. I love you guys and have purchased a few things previously before without any issues I'm just a little concerned about where my monitors are.
smitty1141All but 6 orders out of this drop has shipped. There was a delay on 1 specific model on the 6 open orders. I know they are in route to our 3PL and they are already flagged as a priority 1 to be shipped out as soon as we get them.

Tex-ArozziThank you for the response just another quick confirmation there wont be an issue with my order even though when I look at the transactions tab it shows my order as being delivered and no longer active. i just want to make sure there wont be any confusion and that it might be thought that my order has been completed when I still have not received the monitors yet and it is only partially completed. Thanks again.
smitty1141That was part of the problem yes. We are aware of this issue now. There will not be a problem with getting the monitors to you. We will get them shipped out as soon as we get them.
