~~GTX 1060? At a $1,150 price tag? Whew. Hard pass.~~
EDIT: Actually, I stand corrected. Throwing something very similar together on pcpartpicker actually puts this at right about $1300, so even with MSRP. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4QF9gL I'd still prefer something a little more powerful than a GTX 1060 to pair with a 7700K myself, but this isn't actually a bad price for what you get.
EDIT 2: That's what I get for rushing. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gVFnzM With the right processor and video card, MSRP drops to $1130 after rebates. Eh . . . still not a terrible price for what you're getting as a fully assembled machine, especially if you like the funky case design.
renegadeIXand the 3gb version, ouch.
There are some things I really like about this setup, but it's priced about $400 too high.
I like the USB-C on the front panel and the orientation of the GPU. Also the case while being very 'gamer' I think is unique looking.
renegadeIXWhat you built in pcpartpicker is way better than what you get with this build...
Probably something more like this (I even gave it a really nice case)
