Awesome minimal back country stove. Used on a BWCAW trip, nice temp control and easily dipped on the fuel. Can’t say how it would perform at high altitude or low temps as I did not use it that way.

Overall, I like the Pocket Rocket a lot. Good value, works well, light and compact. Have used it on four backpacks (8-9 days). Holds up well in a breeze, but in windy conditions, needs an external shield (hence four stars).
