Smooth, premium feel
Using a glass wrist rest is different than what you've probably experienced before! The solid feel makes you put less pressure on your wrists and rely on good posture when you're typing. When you do rest your palms on it between typing, it has a cool feel but quickly warms up. Very smooth, very aesthetic.

As described but a minor flaw
I can only really blame myself but my goodness this thing shows dust and hand prints. It does look and feel nice though.

Finicky to keep clean
My product came with a number of small chips and blemishes, which was a little disappointing given the price point. The glossy side is a fingerprint magnet, so I'm using the non-glossy-side-up. The matte side's finish was uneven and I tried to clean it to no-avail. Later I've found the matte side slowly evens out as you use the rest since it takes in some of the oils from your hands. I re-cleaned it and applied a small amount of handcream which has evened out the surface beautifully. I'd look at a different option if I had seen the product before purchasing.

Paperweights Aren't That Comfy
I mistook this wrist rest for a gel or similarly supple material. It's really pretty, but I'm disappointed that I spent 40 bucks on what I'd consider a flashy paperweight/doorstopper without an option to return.

Not the kind of quality I expected, for both product and service
First off, I had good impression of Drop's customer service. However, all these changed with this purchase. Product wise, I paid at least a $10 premium for a $40 product, you can get these for $30+ from kprepublic (you're welcome). I chosen the premium because I thought I could trust drop with the QC and its customer serivce (in case product came broken in half). I can't help to think that I received a b-stock item, there were blemishes and microchips along the edges of the glass, when I contacted drop, they told me this is third party vendor and couldn't drop anything about this. This is a huge middle finger to me, considering I paid a premium through drop, then on top of that had to pay shipping for these. Tl;dr: Drop sent me what looks like b-stock item and forced me to accept it. Not the type of quality I expected from a $40 product. Last purchase from drop ever. Sincerely, Your customer since 2015

Nice and cold
Other people have said this, but it's nice and cold on your wrists. I love this, but it's a personal preference thing; you might not love it. My only gripe is that it may or may not have come with rubber feet (I can't be 100% sure I didn't mistakenly throw them out with the packaging, so I can't deduct stars for this).

REALLY Solid wrist wrest
Using the 65% wrist wrest with a Portal 65 and the height and angle sit pretty well in front of the keyboard. The matte finish is not as big an oil/fingerprint magnet as I assumed it would be. Has some good weight to it, and fits width wise with my keyboard perfectly.

Solid, comfortable, and just the right size
The only complaint I have about stone as a material is that it takes a while to come to room temperature. When I first received the wrist rest on a cold winter's day, it stayed cold for a couple hours. That said, now that it's room temperature, it's comfortable, and lets my hands rest at a natural angle when I'm not actively typing.

Enough to protect your keeb from other people
So heavy it basically locks your keyboard into a universal static position and breaks reality in the process. Might feel a bit cold in winter when starting the day.
