nelsonHello Nelson,
I am rather excited to receive this bundle, but unfortunately there was an error in the payment and I was never notified. It just stated "Shipped" on the transaction, but I didn't notice that under "Payment" it had an error until yesterday. I've tried emailing support twice since then with no response. Is there a better way to get in contact so I can get this resolved? Or can I at least get a reply to the email so I know something is being done?
If this doesn't work I suppose I'll try messaging on the Facebook page or Twitter; however, communicating a purchasing problem on a social media platform seems a bit crass. Anyways, I hope you see this because I appreciate this service.

Hey everyone, We have just submitted our order of the Commander Mega Bundles. Now that the bulk order has been placed, our vendor is preparing the order for shipment. Here we go again with MSRP fantasy! Right now on eBay, as has been the case since release, you can get a sealed case with all 5 decks for <$150 on average from MULTIPLE sellers.
