Personally $0.32 for a bulk rare is a fun way to make an EDH deck. You don't really find rares any cheaper than $0.5-$1 at shops now. It can also be a fun sealed war for casual friends playing for fun.

Yeah, spending $10 for someone to send me their garbage? Nah, I'm good. I get free coupon books and grocery store flyers in my mail all the time that I throw out for other people. If there was a way to verify random big dollar hits, then maybe, but even then it's most likely a scam.
