It says this includes a box topper. I thought that was just for local game stores. Does this really come with a box topper?

All unopened boxes come with a box topper. It is no longer separate from the box.

the box topper is sealed in the booster box. A good way to help get rid of LGSes, you know, WOTC standard practices.
