A perfect display of German craftsmanship, the Mühle-Glashütte Panova is a sporty, easy-wearing timepiece for the guy on the go. Measuring 40 millimeters wide, the watch combines lumed pips with slim markers at every hour. The hands are simple, rounded off at the ends, and coated with SuperLumiNova for legibility in any setting. Behind the minimal aesthetic, the Panova gets its power from an SW 200-1 automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve. Fitted with an anti-glare sapphire crystal, it’s water resistant to 100 meters as well.
Currently, Mühle-Glashütte is the only watch manufacturer in the German town of Glashütte still owned by a long-established local family. Based in the region for more than 700 years, the company was founded in 1869 by Robert Mühle, who initially started by making precise measurement instruments for other shops in the area. It wasn’t until the fourth generation of Mühles that the business shifted its focus to timepieces—but regardless of the time period, a tradition of accuracy and quality runs throughout its work.
