Is there an easy way to convert the output off the turntable into Coaxial SPDIF or Optical SPDIF so that you could run it into a DAC? Would like to use this with a headphone amp, but it only has single RCA inputs and those are currently attached to the DAC output.
M_at_oSo you want to do a conversion to digital, and then a conversion right back to analog? Naw man. There's a better way. Get a switch like the Phono-Preamps TC-716 or Niles AXP-1. Problem solved. Unless, I mean, you're really that strapped for space.
If I didn't already have the Debut Carbon I'd probably get this. The Debuts have notorious hum issues that you entirely avoid with this otherwise pretty similar product
Received mine yesterday and, like Hazel commented, the cartridge was installed already and the protective covering missing or had fallen off. Even worse, my cartridge was cracked. Waiting to hear back from MD...
