How many layers in the jacket construction? 2? 2.5? 3? What kind of waterproof membrane? How much water resistance? 5000mm? 10,000mm?

Again, something "waterproof" that doesn't list exactly what kind of "waterproof" materials its made out of. Does it have Gore-tex in it? Something else? Or just DWR?
