Was great while it lasted
Unit burned out after about a year of use and also noticed high pitch humming from the beginning when wirelessly charging, noise happened no mater how I aligned my phone.

I'm using it all the time
It's very practical. I using the multiple USB outlets and the mobile charger to be quite convenient to use when I am running errands. I wish the mobile charger can be recharged without having to using the docking station.

Worked for a bit
It worked well for a couple of months, up until the external battery died. All the ports work fine still, except the USB-C port occasionally hums when I plug something into it.

Great, portable power station
Love this product. Highly recommend. Does its job, and does it well. Do wish the cables were on a different side (for organization) but overall very happy.

Convenient, compact. Cord just a bit wonky.
This compact charging station replaced a messy pile of chargers, a USB hub, and a standalone wireless pad. This looks much cleaner, and everything works great. The portable battery is so convenient, too. Everything feels good--the shell of the battery is matte and soft, and feels well-made--and I love how convenient the station is. Just one little detail keeps it from being perfect: the power cord to the unit keeps creeping out of the rear of the unit, just a bit, but sometimes enough to cut power. Not a big deal--I just have to remember to check it before charging. And it may resolve itself over time--the cord is just a bit too snug in its socket, and this may change as the unit is pushed back in. I'd rather have it too snug than too loose.

Very weak charging antenna
I'm giving 3 stars for this, because when it works it's exactly what I wanted it for. Wireless QI charging, with extra USBs and a battery that's always ready to go. Unfortunately, the phone I'm charging on this is one of those "heavy duty" ones (a Ulefone armor), and it requires very precise placement on the charging pad to connect. This seems specific to this Naztech charging. The other cheap, $15 QI charger I picked up a while back charges the phone no problem when you throw it on the pad, but the way the charging is set up for this specific device seems abnormally short range. At some point I'll probably crack the thing open and potentially swap out the charging circuit, but for the price on this I really shouldn't need to do that.

Frequently overheats, even with nothing even plugged in.
I love the idea of having a backup battery and so many extra USB ports on a charger, but I've picked up my phone several times and been shocked at the temperature of both my phone and the charger itself. It doesn't just overheat with my phone on it. I have nothing plugged into it right now and the temp is about 115 F.
