Great product but expensive.
So far I love this product. The standby feature coupled with the external port of the Naztech backpack is awesome. I don't have to get into my bag to charge things. I just plug in the USB cable into the port and the battery pack powers up and charges whatever I plug into it. I have not used the wall socket feature yet but I expect it to work as described as everything else has. My only issue is how expensive it is. I understand that it has a lot of features built in but still $120 is a lot for a battery bank.

For some reason, I'm a lot luckier than most of the reviewers below, and my charger arrived beautiful and undamaged. Charges beautifully, and hold a charge very, very well, too. A little bit of a geardo gimmick, but I found the charger to be life saving on so many occasions. When you run RStudio with your little tablet laptop on full power, you'd definitely want something like this. Not to mention I can share the extra power with my buddies as well, thanks to multiple ports and a plug.

Charger arrived DOA. I have no idea if the product even works because I cannot charge it. Unfortunately I did not open the product when it was delivered and Massdrop is now hiding behind their 30 day policy and have offered no assistance for the defective product I purchased from them. I was under the impression that Massdrop was curating quality products for purchase. I now see that this is not the case. Massdrop has lost my trust.

ATAineriDOA=dead on arrival. Didn’t work when he first tried it. RMA=return merchandise authorization. Sometimes you need permission from the manufacturer to return items and they will provide and RMA code to include with your item.

A little bulky, but what would you expect from a power charger that allows you to plug actual things in with a plug. It hold a charge well and once fully charged, it almost seems difficult to drain the thing fully. Highly recommend for camping and long trips where power is difficult to get to.

Purchased two of these and on both units USB-C does NOT work to charge my iPad Pro. Contacted Naztech and never received a response, so I am stuck using either a USB-USB-C dongle or AC power, which works fine. Very disappointing...

Holds lots of charge which is good when traveling with family, but I was hoping that I would be able to charge my laptop over USB-C (you can't). Also, won't charge a Nintendo Switch over USB-C. This works with an adapter, but kind of annoying. I'm not sure why they don't allow high wattages over USB-C with such a big battery. Just kind of a disappointment. Also, I wish it charged over USB instead of having a special power adapter, though this may just be the cost of dealing with that much power.

AC outlet doesnt charge my laptop. I have a MacBook Pro and this doesnt charge the laptop. It keeps flipping to charged then uncharged so doesnt seem like it has enough umph (not sure what the technical term is) to keep charging it. It would also be nice if I could just use the USB-C to charge my laptop so I dont need to carry my charger as well, but that doesnt work either. Its fine it doesnt, but was just surprised.
