Mine came quickly. Almost appeared to be used/returned. It did charge, but now it seems as though it’s just going to stay on forever. No combinations of button presses on the “power” button makes the searing bright blue LEDs go out.

Still on. Still can’t turn it off. It’s generating a bit of heat (not a lot). Just as an experiment, I tried plugging one of my synths’ power supplies into it to see if it would power anything and the plug doesn’t want to go into the recepticle. Feels like there’s something in the way inside. So two strikes on this POS. I still believe this is not a brand-new unit due to the way it was packed, so I theorize that someone returned it, and whomever the supplier is just foisted it off on someone else. I have placed it outside because at this point I’m a little afraid to have it inside if it won’t turn off and shit is misaligned inside. Would really put a damper on Thanksgiving to have our house catch on fire.

I do as the instruction manual said: press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds and it will turn off. Mine works perfectly fine

Yes, there is a bright blue, barely-applied sticker on top of the unit that says to do that. I've tried that, and every other click, hold, and click-and-hold combo I could think of. Nothing turns it off. The LED next to the AC receptacle also seems to stay on regardless of the related switch's position. I'm glad yours works perfectly fine, but I also can't plug anything into the receptacle, so even if the unit was behaving properly otherwise, I can't use it as intended.

Curiouser and curiouser. Although I have an obviously busted Naztech Bolt sitting right here on the table, I just got a shipping notice from Massdrop, apparently for the actual one I ordered? (I haven’t reported my non-working unit to Naztech yet, and am not expecting a replacement). Will the one I get this time be a working one? And why did I get the first one? Will report back here.

Thanks. I guess I’ll see what this second one brings. I’m still confused about the dual delivery.
