I have to say Neato Robotics has some of the works customer service reps i have ever dealt with. I bought a BotVac 80 and tried to reach out to them to see if i could buy replacement inserts for the roller instead of having to buy a whole new roller and no one ever got back with me. I had an issue with my battery and reached out to them and no one ever replied to my emails. I also had an issue with the wheel sensor erroring out saying the device wasnt on the ground when it was and reached out to them with no response. If you dont mind figuring this stuff out on your own and going through third parties you can make it work. Dont rely on the company though.
I have a Neato that had the sensor break. I called them and had mine replaced in a week.
I notoriously have bad luck so maybe it was just me. I hope that is the case for other users.
Just as an update, this is the 3rd time I have had my sensor break and this time it has been out for over a month being repaired with little to no communication from the company that is doing the repairs.
