I recently got a Neato XV-21 on Meh.com, it was refurbished but quite a bit cheaper than this, I freaking love it. I have only had it a few weeks, but it works great so far. My apartment is not huge, but it does a great job navigating and avoiding obstacles. I love scheduling it, I have it run twice a week during the day when nobody is around (so it won't bother the tenant below). It can hop into and out of my kitchen despite there being a half inch or so step. It can clean around my entertainment center despite all the loose wires and doesn't get tangled.
It is simple to use, and works great at keeping things clean.
