From New England Shirt Company, the oldest ready-to-wear shirt manufacturer in the country, this lightweight flannel adds texture to any ensemble. It’s made from 100-percent imported cotton plaid flannel twill, and it’s light enough to wear even during warmer months. Combined with the extra-trim fit and single chest pocket, the spread collar creates a casual, timeless aesthetic.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of size, from XS to XXL, as well as color: blue plaid or gray plaid. This drop is limited to 30 shirts in each color. Because each shirt is made to order, please expect a lead time of about 6 weeks.
An American Tradition
Since 1933, New England Shirt Company has handcrafted men’s and women’s dress and sport shirts in Fall River, Massachusetts—a longtime center of cotton textiles in America. Today, its nearly 65 employees include generations of families raised within this local tradition. Recently, the company worked alongside Ralph Lauren to manufacture the Oxford shirts for the US Olympic Team’s closing ceremony uniforms at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
