Currently using the cambridge audio melomania 1.. which one of these if any would be a worthwhile replacement

nthefaceI'd say don't buy any of these. There are a lot better options that have better usability and much higher quality. Personally, I daily the HELM Audio TWS earbuds that have AptX and AAC support, Bluetooth 5.0 and great battery whilst being easy to use and comfortable.
A lot of this is down to personal preference but judging by reviews of these, I'd say that they're a no-go.
