I’m a medic and I’ve carried this clipped to my undershirt for several years and could not be more pleased. Initially intended as a backup to a light I carry on my belt, in practice I reach for this one almost exclusively. I can use it for exams or searching an area and everything between. Mine came with a diffuser I affixed so to keep it attached to the light even when not used and find it especially useful for getting driver’s attention is certain circumstances. its been dropped, abused, and pushed to limits I never expected it to survive and it has not let me down once.
