Superb neutral-bright IEM
This is a superbly tuned and highly resolving single DD IEM. It took a while for a combination of brain burn-in and tip selection to smooth out the sometimes hot upper mids, but now everything is just superb. Slightly elevated bass, just enough to give a hint of warmth and body without coloring the mids. Very tight and well extended. Very detailed mids with just the right note weight. Definite boost in the upper mids to add clarity and detail. Treble airy and well extended with great timbre. Wide soundstage with superb imaging and separation. Simply excellent.

The best single-DD IEM I have heard!
Technically, this is the most accomplished single-DD IEM that I have heard thus far (I haven’t heard any of the >$1,000 single-DD IEMs yet.). It’s greatest strengths to me are naturalness of sound, detail, resolution, and imaging. It can be an intense sounding IEM, so it’s not for everyone, but everything sounds so realistic to me. Great deal on Drop, especially with the extra Drop Rewards Points right now. These are tip sensitive.

TheGigaSharkThe included tips are quite good, with sets of both balanced and bass ear tips. I did try Final E tips, and they worked well, but ultimately, I liked the sound of ePro horn-shaped tips best. I typically always use the largest sized ear tips, but with the ePro, I use the medium tips, and insert the nozzles deeper. NF Audio IEMs have long nozzles, and using smaller sized ear tips with deep insertion technique works well.

Excellent detail, imaging, soundstage and separation. Not a basshead IEM but if is tight and fast.
The included cable is better than the usual pack-in cables but a good copper cable would be an upgrade and would help time down the brightness that might be too much for some.
Very good build and fit as well.

Impressive sound at its price range.
Bought this one and the Starfield and ended up returning the Starfield. They are both really good IEMs at their price points but just like the other review said, NM2+ has excellent detail and impressive upper mid/treble. I was complaining about it being too bright at the beginning but now I'm getting used to it and starting to like this brightness. The build is premium and lightweight, and fits my ear well with the Final Audio Type E tips.

Detail retrieval is where this set shines
I mostly listen to Classical music and being able to hear the key clicks on the oboes and the squeaks from chairs as musicians shift makes the music come alive. Some people have complained about timbre but I think they sound very lifelike and accurate. Other genres did seem a little 'shouty' at first with cymbals and the upper end but that seems to have settled down over the last couple days. Maybe it was the Spinfits. The bass is solid and is enough to know it's there but doesn't overpower the other ranges. The included 'Balanced' tips are nice but I couldn't get a good seal with the 'Bass' tips. I get a really good seal with the Spinfits.
The fit is almost perfect for me. The nozzle length is just right and they sit flush inside my ears. Others have complained about the shape of the ear hooks being too aggressive but I think it helps create a feeling of snugness. I can keep these in my ears all day and they still feel comfortable.
