I've got the 22mm version. Fits well insofar as it doesn't bulge too much under the watch head itself. Easy to take on & off as it is elastic. And for reference: if you like a snug fit, the elastic is strong enough to keep even a 46mm Marathon from flopping around.
Straps looks good and is very comfortable. Just follow the instructions and it's on your wrist in no time. I've used this on my smartwatch which works great. Really prefer it above the stock sillicone strap.
My only gripe is cleaning the strap. I manage to get it reasonably clean but it's not 100% to my liking.
Overall a very good strap which will work nicely on a tool or sports watch.
I own so many different types of straps/bracelets, and I can testify that this is really the most comfortable one. What works really well are that:
The design is genius! As a one-piece strap it does not go under the case back and therefore does not add height to the watch;
It makes the watch hug the wrist perfectly, and lock it onto the spot without allowing the watch to move up or done the wrist. No other bracelet/straps can do that unless they were fit so tight and it became uncomfortable;
It expands as your wrist moves, in all kinds of positions/gestures, without putting any pressure on the wrist or the watch;
The material seems to be very solid, no fraying of any kind. The fiber is not easily pulled out if you scratch it with sharp objects.
Some minor Cons:
The material on the hook (not the ring) seems to be light, feels plastic (for the black colored one offered in the last drop). And the paint has some spikes at certain locations. I had to sand them down.
I've had it for about 3 weeks, there's not enough time to tell the durability, especially the life of the elastic material. But my guess is it may not last as long as a simple NATO... I washed it once with soap and it looks/feels exactly the same as before.
Overall I am extremely happy and satisfied with this purchase. Will buy a few more if the drop comes back. Certainly welcome other colors, sizes, and choice of hardwares.
I have multiple colors and sizes of this hook strap and his cap strap. Both use the same materials and I have to say re very comfortable to wear. I know this style will not appeal to every one. But to try it out, you might be surprised. I was.
I have straps from all over the world and everyone has a role in my collection. I am glad I have added this to my collection.
DrVegtaHi there. What size did you order? They are produced tailor-fit to each wrist size. You may have simply measured your wrist incorrectly, or a small enough size wasn't offered in the drop? Let me know!
