A compact camera with an intuitive interface, the Nikon D5300 offers a great introduction to DSLR cameras. Equipped with a 24.2MP DX-format CMOS sensor and an EXPEED 4 image processor, it’s capable of high-resolution imagery and full-HD 1080p video recording at 60 fps. The sensor design omits the traditional optical low-pass filter to maximize sharpness, while the 39-point AF system ensures your subject is always in focus. Offering notable low-light sensitivity with a native ISO up to 12,800 and an extended ISO up to 25,600, the camera can capture continuous shoots at up to 5 fps. The articulating 3.2-inch 1,037k-dot LCD monitor assists with framing tough shots. Thanks to the built-in GPS and Wi-Fi, you can tag the location of any photo and instantly share the moment with the world.
The AF-P DX NIKKOR 18–55mm f/3.5–5.6G VR and 70–300mm f/4.5–6.3G ED lenses give you all the range you’ll need to take everything from portrait to landscape photography. Designed for Nikon F-mount DX-format cameras, both lenses feature an AF-P pulse motor that uses stepping motors to deliver impressively smooth, quiet, and fast autofocus performance. The 18–55mm lens is a standard zoom that spans from wide-angle to portrait focal lengths and provides a 27–82.5mm 35mm-equivalent range. For a greater zoom range, use the 70–300mm telephoto lens, which has a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 105–450 mm.
